Peter Warkentin
is a consultant involved economic, environmental, and social issues and their impact on the advancement of the peoples of Canada. Having grown up in an aboriginal family and with a heritage that includes the Sami peoples of Scandinavia. the continuity of these old and historic cultures are of major interest.

With degrees in the biological and physical sciences, his skills allow him to research and report on technical aspects that will lead to a better and more informed path to the future of these cultures. Additional experience in freshwater fisheries research provides a background on land use issues and insight into government approaches, good and bad, in dealing with the lands that people share. Economically, Mr. Warkentin seeks to promote business and land use in a way that is environmentally responsible while permitting economic betterment for aboriginal stakeholders in Canada.

Mr. Warkentin also offers services as a media and promotional consultant with experience as a writer, videographer, and photographer.
